Returns

Due to the hygienic and single-use nature of our semi-permanent tattoos, we do not accept returns once the product has been received. Please ensure you review your order carefully before application.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at layrdbymary@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will be happy to assist.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
We’ll send you an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Order Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe or you experience any shipping issues, please reach out to  layrdbymary@gmail.com  so we can investigate and make it right.

Exchanges

Because of the nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
